Flying in

Airport information

We suggest guests fly into one of the two closest airports:

- Detroit (DTW): Many national airports fly direct and is about ~45 minutes from Toledo

- Toledo (TOL): Direct flights from Chicago, Charlotte, and a few other cities, so worth checking! It's ~15 minutes from downtown/the ceremony and reception

All aboard the Sandpiper!

We're very excited to invite you to take a quick cruise of the Maumee aboard the local favorite the Sandpiper.

The boat will make a few trips on the day of the event:

- From Renaissance downtown to the Ceremony: 3:00PM sharp! Google "1 Jefferson Ave" for launch spot, right on the water by Promenade Park.
- From the Ceremony to the Reception: Multiple trips, immediately following the Ceremony

Alternative ride to the Ceremony

Back-up bus rides

For those of you that miss the 3:00PM departure of the Sandpiper from downtown (i.e. unable to check-in to your Saturday hotel before 3:00PM), we will also have a backup bus available, departing from the Renaissance.

This bus will leave at 3:55 PM sharp!

From the Reception

Buses home

We'll be providing buses for folks back to the Renaissance from the reception. We're still finalizing schedule, but don't worry, there will be multiple departure times (including some on the earlier side).

Depending on how many people are staying at alternative hotels in Perrysburg and will be needing a ride, we may also be providing a bus for those folks as well.

Parking for Ceremony and Reception

For those of you driving yourself, don't worry we will have parking!

For the Ceremony, we will have valet parking available, and golf carts to help transport people from cars as needed. We do request that people who drive to the Ceremony plan to have at least one member drive their car over to the Reception
